I have a well kept, newly built house (2021 year build) located in Historic Sanford, Fl. The house is close to the Lake Monroe, airport, zoo, easy access to I-4 and the 417. Area is quiet but a lot of close by shopping, entertainment, transport and activities.

All new appliances & furnishings. The room comes furnished & is also accompanied by a walk in closet. The bathroom is shared with one other male roommate.
