The bedroom comes with a bedframe, mattress, table, and chair. But you can also bring your own furniture if you like. We also provide space heater and window AC for summer and winter days. The house has 1700 sqft and 4 bedrooms in total. we only accept one person for the room, no couples, and no pets.

you will also have access to all the common areas in the house including the living room, laundry room, kitchen with dishwashers, etc.

The bathroom is shared by two other roommates. You will have designated drawer space to put your personal belongings and rack space to get ready in the morning.

The location is on SE 175th division street. Bus stations and max are closed by. Fred Meyer and Albertson are like 1-2 miles away.

we expect you to be someone who is friendly and able to communicate with respect to people around you. we follow house rules like cleaning up after ourselves. No smoking inside the house. keep the acitivities volume down after 10pm.

The rent is 690 per month including most utilities such as Wifi, water, and garbage. Electricity and gas cost are divided by 4 according to the actual expenses posted, typically ranging from 40 dollars to 60 per month . The security deposit will be 600 dollars.

To apply for the room, you will need to provide pay stubs from your current employment for the past two months ( or bank statements ).
