Move in June 1! Looking for someone to take over my part of the lease for the remaining 2 months. The lease ends July 31 and you can sign a new one with the current roommate if you’d like to stay after that. You have your own room (pictured) with a shared bathroom. Bedroom will be unfurnished and empty once I move out (looking to sell furniture though so let me know if you’re interested). Lots of storage including closets and outdoor storage. Apartment is right next to downtown, beautiful area with lots of trees. Easy street parking and friendly neighbors. You might not have to pay security deposit until the new lease but I’ll look into how that will work. Utilities are split and are around $100 a month

Roommate is female early 20s, looking for someone who is as well. She has a small dog and cat but they mostly stay in her room. We like to split up the space and do our own thing or watch tv. Living room will stay the same.
