The property is a nice little house tucked in one of the suburbs near Bearden High School and West Hills. It’s got a nice backyard and convenient parking, plus all the good stuff you’d normally want out of a house (living room, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 bath and shower), kitchen, garage, and a nice study with a closet and laundry room).

My two roommates are both working on their postgraduate education at UT, and are both involved in research. They’re great guys, huge nerds, and super cool roommates; I think you’d love them as much as I do!
