Looking to rent a furnished room in single family home to female student. Owner has dogs and a cat (all very friendly and loving) so renter must like animals. House has a pool, large kitchen, extra sitting room with TV that renter may also use.

I’m a retired high school math teacher and my husband is in law enforcement. Property is very safe and clean. We prefer to have a female student who is quiet and who also likes things “clean”
