About the house:

4bed/2.5bath. You would have an 15’ x 11’ room, own bathroom, and an optional additional room for storage or an office. It has a double garage, nice living room, spacious kitchen, fenced backyard, W/D, and free community swimming pool & park.

About the terms:

I’m renting this house, and since there’s no subletting allowed, you would have to be added to the lease (ends in April) — which requires an application, background check, proof of income, yada yada yada. That said, I’ll still be the primary, and will handle all the payments and utilities.

I’m looking for a working professional who is adequately clean, at least in shared areas. Pets are welcome too, though it does cost extra per the lease.

It’s just me and my 4 year old pup at the house :) I’m a 33 year old mechanical engineer who has bounced around and has an affinity for traveling. I am very laid back and easy to get along with. I like to keep things relatively clean, and am not an intrusive roommate. Also, please be patient for message replies, I will respond as soon as I possibly can! Thanks!
