• living room + rest of the house is furnished

• downstairs has it’s own bathroom + living room so there is separation of space from the other roommates
• dart board downstairs for entertaining
• large back patio area
• large back yard with horse shoe pits installed

2 roommates upstairs: Chris:

• Works at a gym. He is gone by 5am most mornings and gets home around 7pm.
• likes going to Red Rocks for shows
• invites his friends over twice per week to hang out Jacob:
• Has an internship as in the aerospace engineering industry
• works onsite in Westminster Monday - Friday
• quiet and keeps to himself for the most part

2 roommates downstairs: Sreyas:

• works in software sales. goes into the office 1-2 times per week
• will come up to socialize if friends that he knows are over, otherwise stays downstairs
• loves whiskey
• snowboards, hikes/camps Brad:
• is a DJ (look him up, Digital Skis)
• spends a lot of his time making music downstairs (keeps his headphones on)
• goes on the occasional hike
• works out consistently

Mature group of guys that work cohesively to keep the house clean.
