Hello, I am looking for a roommate who is a female, clean, responsible, and able to rent long term. The townhome is quite spacious and has 3 beds and 3 bathrooms so the person will be able to have their own bathroom. Also, I own a cat and hope the person isn’t allergic to cats. Internet and bills won’t be included just rent. The person ideal will have access to patio, living room, and full access to the kitchen. I’d love for the person to feel at home. I respect the persons privacy and parking is covered. I am looking forward for June 1st to be the move-in date.

Hello! My name is Suzy and I am soon to be moving to a new location in San Marcos and need 1 more roommate to move in. It’s just me and my mom. I work full time and my mom is barely recovering from surgery so she will be living with me. Other then that we would prefer a female roommate around age 20 and up.
