Looking for a roommate to split a 2 bed 2 bath. Currently looking at 1111 Belle Pre (near Braddock metro), Trove (Arlington Village) or private listings of condos in Old Town or Shirlington. All apartments I’m looking at have updated kitchens, gym access, garage parking, and are pet friendly, with cost capped at $1,400/month per person. I have a full 1 bedroom apartment’s worth of furniture, dishes, etc. so a roommate only needs to furnish their own bedroom, but if they have common area stuff, too, we can make it work. Please no smoking or vaping.

I’m in my early 30s and my lifestyle would probably best match someone in their mid-20s or older who is LGBTQ-friendly. I keep common areas neat and clean, love cooking and am happy to make extra for you. I wake up early on week days and work out of the home. On weeknights, I’m typically at home: gym, dinner, TV. Weekends I like to explore museums, bars and restaurants, and events in the area. I am looking for a roommate who likes dogs, as I have a black lab/Australian shepherd mix who lives with me 1-2 weeks every month. If there’s someone who would like the benefits of a dog without the expenses and could keep her company while working from home during the day, that’s even better. Other pets are fine so long as all the animals can get along :)
