Large private room with very tall ceilings and two windows in funky old Victorian for one tenant. PG&E, water/sewer and garbage included. HE washer and dryer. Furnished, optional. Organic, no-chemicals- of-any-kind garden plot negotiable.

Absolutely no drugs, pets, tobacco, candles, few commercial/scented/toxic products…95% natural property. Cannabis outside only. Pescatarian household (no “meat”). Only very light alcohol use is welcome. Note: If you are a frequent drinker or heavy, bong-indoors pot smoker, frequent visitors, etc…this is not the living situation for you.

This is a practical, rent+utilities included, month-to-month, furnished if you need, no-frills old house with big, sunny, quiet yard. Close to Henderson Center (restaurants and shopping), Costco, Eureka Natural Foods, Walgreens, WinCo, Grocery Outlet, Main Post Office, HWY 101, Bayshore Mall, Old Town Eureka, 5 minutes to Hospital

This is currently a three bedroom, one bath house in the process of two long term lodger/renters moving out. (So, the second and third room may be available as well or in near future…negotiable)

House will be renovated in near future to 5 bedroom, multi-bathrooms, plus separate ADU units.

Owner is queer woman in 50s who will be living on or accessing property for renovations, landscaping, etc and may alternate between living in ADU and/or a room in the main house intermittently.

This will be an extremely private, quiet household of independent people seeking like-minded reclusive, respectful, considerate co-lodgers(s). People with 24 hour schedules are welcome (nurses, grad students, artists, other nocturnals)
