Hey there! Thanks for visiting my page! I have a cozy, spacious apartment with its own bedroom and bathroom looking for a responsible tenet for immediate occupancy.
I’m at Scottsdale Rd and Hancock in Tempe, less than a minute from Curry rd, which is a 6-8 minute drive from downtown Tempe and a 10-12 minute drive from downtown Scottsdale - the perfect location for ASU collegians who want to be in Tempe but don’t want to waste ten minutes of their life getting out of your driveway during rush hour. It’s also close to Mesa and close-ish to Chandler and Gilbert.

Your bedroom does not come furnished. You will have to get your own bed, lights and toiletries yourself.

The location is great: we have two really great coffee shops and a world-class barber less than 3 minutes away by foot from the complex. The complex is just really pretty…it comes with a gym, pool (and hot tub), and a few grilling areas. It really is beautiful here!

The apartment itself comes loaded with washer/dryer combo, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, sink, your own bathroom and I’ve furnished some of the living room area. The room available has a beautiful mirror which also doubles as a walk-in closet. So cool!

While there is only one parking spot assigned with the apartment, there are plenty of guest parking spots up for grabs, around 30 seconds by foot from the apartment entrance.

There is also a $70 fee to get new keys made.

Lukewarm on pets. I’ll have to meet any potential furry friends before I agree on anything. We are welcoming to well-behaved pets which don’t only mean cats and dogs. If you have a pet gecko, I don’t see why I couldn’t make adjustments, but I’ll have to meet them first. I can’t automatically say yes.

I’m a late 20s online college student and I mostly work from home. I spend most of my time writing but I also love socializing with people I can vibe with. I do have a few restaurant jobs at night; they’re sporadic, and it’s still unlikely you’ll see me in the afternoon or evening. I’m male.

I like to keep to myself mostly. I’m respectful towards potential roommates and wish the same of you. Love having parties when they’re planned out in advance; rather dislike having a bunch of people just showing up without notice. Please don’t do that. Really like having roomies that are in the art or music community, but I can get along with anyone.
