-No pets (daughters bring one small dog each to visit and run around the back yard once in awhile… very sweet & friendly)

My mom and her current roommate are women ranging in age (current roommate female late 20s). They enjoy having dinner together or spending time in the backyard relaxing around the fire pit & drinking wine with a few friends. Their last roommate is a 28 year old male, who is moving out of the country. The 3 of them love spending time living together & has made them feel like family.

My mom is now looking for a new roommate, any gender, any age. Somebody who will like to spend time in the common areas chatting, or somebody who keeps to themselves. Whatever makes you comfortable!

She has had many types of different roommates over the years (all ages, genders, students, professionals, etc.)
