Monica's room

This bedroom has its own bathroom. You will have access to the living room and kitchen. You will also have access to the washer and dryer. Also you will have your own parking for one car. Couples will be considered. Non smoking tenants. Unfortunately no pets are allowed. Utilities aren’t included except for the gas, water and trash.

You will be sharing the condo with another female. She is in her late 20s. She stays mostly in her room and currently comes in around 11pm- midnight from her job. You ladies will split the utilities in half.
