Room available in an updated 2B,2B apartment close to CSU’s campus! Bathroom is your own but is also the guest bath when people come over. Shared kitchen and living space (these are fully furnished). In-unit washer and dryer and cute front balcony! Overall, a quiet neighborhood/complex with an easy walk/bike ride/bus ride to CSU and a short drive over to Old Town. Utilities (including WiFi) are under $100/month, frequently under or right around $75/month.

I just finished my first year as a veterinary student at CSU and am looking to live with another graduate student or recent college grad. I am an easy-going, fun-loving Colorado native who enjoys being outside (hiking or skiing, mostly), finding new breweries/coffee shops, and a good balance of nights in and nights out, but I am also focused on school a lot right now and have a part-time job, so I unfortunately don’t have a lot of free time. I have loved living in Fort Collins for the past year and am excited to continue to explore the area!

I have one small/medium dog, Nala, and I sometimes dog-sit for my family’s small dog, Pepper, who is dog-selective, so we can’t take on any more dogs or any cats, but other small animals are okay!
