ASAP Looking for another roommate (preferably female-bodied) for 3 bedroom house in South Austin. Move in September 1, flexible to move in earlier.

We split 3 different ways based on room size. Rent is 805 for medium room available. (2 other females including myself rent other rooms). 1 year lease! Rooms have been painted to match rest of house. Must sign and have deposit of 600$. Pets welcome with extra deposit. Application fee is 75$ to property manager. Decor is from original Zillow listing. Will be minimally furnished.

We are hoping to continue fostering a creative and peaceful space. The house is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood in S Austin, 3 blocks from Garrison pool/park. Very close to Sprouts, Quacks, bus stop.

-Must be clean and responsible -Must be a good communicator -Excited to live with musicians -Must be COVID vaccinated -Would prefer 26+ -If you have pets, must be medicated and spayed/neutered -Must be comfortable with sweet medium size dog in house

I am 28, Kate is 30 and we are both musicians/creatives who love the outdoors, animals, are friendly and active people.
