Fredrick's room

I am a single dad with an 18-year-old daughter; we live in a two-story, four-bedroom home in Irvine. We’re looking to rent out one of the spare bedrooms in our house to a female professional/student (per my daughter’s request) 🙂 ; The room is suitable for one person only. No couples, please. The room size is 100 square feet, private bathroom and it’s ready to move in on November 1st. Our house is located in a beautiful and quiet community with many amenities, such as workout trails, community pools, and parks. You can also walk to the grocery store from here. My daughter and I are upstairs; we have another female roommate living upstairs; we are pretty chill and quiet, with no wild parties or gatherings.
