About the room
- YOU’LL GET TWO ROOMS. OWN BATHROOM. GARAGE. VERY NICE PLACE. WELL- EQUIPPED. YOUNG & ACTIVE NEIGHBORHOOD.
- A small room (fits a queen bed and a nightstand) PLUS a second small room for a desk, closet, storage, or anything you want. Your own bathroom.
- Rooms can be furnished (queen bed, nightstand, small desk, TV) or unfurnished. -The garage fits a standard-sized car or a small SUV. NO trucks.
- THIS IS A NICELY DECORATED PLACE, big, three-level townhouse. The bedrooms are on the 3rd level. You’ll have access to all common areas.
- Rent includes electricity, water, sewer, and basic internet. I DO NOT have cable TV.
- The neighborhood has gym and a pool.
- The property is 15 minutes from downtown Delray and 20 minutes from downtown West Palm Beach. 15 minutes from Palm Beach State College in Lake Worth. Less than a five-minute drive to I-95. Ten-minute drive to the beach. -Young and active neighborhood close to many shops, restaurants, and the mall. Five blocks to the dog park.
- Looking for a clean, respectful, and responsible person with a stable income. NO DRUGS, SMOKING or excessive alcohol consumption. No criminal history (background check required)
- A dog is welcome as long as is well-behaved and gets along with my 4 y/o mini schnauzer. I have a second dog that is 18.5 y/o, 10 pounds and sleeps 22hrs a day. You MUST like dogs.

- Professional, highly educated female. Middle-aged but young at hearth. I’m laid-back, open-minded, and get along with people of all ages and backgrounds.
- I’m active, exercise a lot, and love the outdoors. I own a boat and will take you out fishing or boating if we get along :).
- Responsible, clean, quiet, very friendly, and easy-going. I don’t do drugs or smoke. I drink socially (a couple of drinks a week).
- I have tons of friends and invite them over for dinner or brunch every once in a while (no wild parties). Sometimes I have guests from out-of-town staying with me for a week or two.
