About the Room: (bedroom #2) The room is quiet, clean, and unfurnished with a walk-in closet and and a large window/natural lighting. The 2nd bathroom is located directly outside of the room and will not be shared.

About the Apartment: The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The main area includes a kitchen/kitchen island, living room along with a washer and dryer, which is available to use by the tenant.

Amenities: the community has an outdoor pool, indoor basketball court, 2 fitness gyms, co-working spaces, secured controlled access, and an elevator.

I am looking to rent a room to a working professional with a steady job. I am fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and need the tenant to be too. I am looking to rent to someone who is not noisy or a door slammer. No smoking or pets allowed. No visitors, no drugs, and no parties allowed.
