We are looking to fill the primary bedroom suite in our 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom upstairs duplex. The available bedroom is large with a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with double sinks and walk in shower.

A big 30 x 20FT patio is located right off of the primary bedroom with outside stairway access next to the garage.

There are two tandem parking spots in the garage as well as a side off-street spot! 3 parking spots is unheard of in Hermosa! In the garage there is a shared washer and dryer with the downstairs neighbors who are a nice married couple.

Our place is located on a family friendly dead end street overlooking the neighborhood ball field, tennis, basketball, and pickle ball courts. We’re also just one row of houses over from the wood chip trail that’s a popular walking / running / trail that runs from Hermosa up through Manhattan beach!

Price inclusive of all utilities (water, gas, electric, trash, WiFi) Flexible lease terms: 6-12 months to start then month to month.

The tenant renting one of the two guest rooms is a 20-something female who works as a nurse at a nearby hospital. She is super kind and outgoing and looking for someone who is respectful, clean and easy to get along with!
