Matthew's room

This is a beautiful 5 bedroom home on the literal edge of Whiting Ranch in Trabuco Canyon with an ocean view from Newport Beach to Palos Verdes from the backyard. Multiple grills and smoker available to use, as well as a wood burning fire pit, and community pool/jacuzzi and small weight room. The bedroom available is the only bedroom downstairs with it’s own attached bathroom and shared laundry room. It has its own separate entrance through the garage side door. Large kitchen with gas stove available to use as well as a refrigerator in the garage.

I’m a 45 yo single father with 3 older children that will visit occasionally, and a 2 year old Goldendoodle who loves all people and all animals.
