Private room with private bathroom in a two bedroom, two bath apartment in Hancock neighborhood of Austin. Looking for a tenant for a June-August sublease! $950/month including all utilities, wifi, and a parking spot in the gated parking lot. The room gets plenty of sunlight, and a spacious closet, with access to the kitchen and living room. There’s a de facto balcony alongside the apartment from a private hallway. In the living room, there’s a record player and an espresso machine for you to use at your discretion. The complex has an 8ft pool and outdoor lounging areas for the summer season! There are some cats that hang around the complex who are fed by a kind lady on the first floor, so this apartment is cat-friendly (but sorry no dogs, since the complex doesn’t technically allow them). The location of the apartment is fantastic, with a 4-minute drive to HEB, a 14-minute drive to Zilker Park, an 8-minute drive (or Uber) to 6th Street, and a 10-minute drive (or Uber) to 4th Street. Plus, there are plenty of coffee shops nearby, including Cherrywood Coffeehouse, Thunderbird, and Jo’s. If you’re interested in subletting this room, please don’t hesitate to contact me. My roommate is a fellow UT student that I’d met at a community college and decided if we both got into UT we’d move in together. Since then, he’s been the best roommate: gone frequently, but when he’s around he’s only in his room. Kind, friendly, charismatic.
