We prefer student sharing this house 🏡.👫🌴🚶♀️🎈🎈🎈🌿🚶♂️🎄🏡. Beautiful master bedrooms with walk in closet for sharing. This beautiful house located by 60 and the 71 freeway easy access. 2 minutes walk distance to Walmart, Target and 24 hours Winco foods supermarket and the restaurant like, IHOP, Grand buffet, El Pollo Loco, Subway, Starbucks, Sonic drive in, McDonald’s… also 2 minutes drives to Decker elementary school and the Phillips Ranch Park. 10 minutes to Cal Poly, 15 min bus ride between the house to Cal Poly! If you rant as Couples, you need pay $200 extra per month. If you are a student can sign 2 years will have some discount. I require 3 month bank statements to show income, driver’s licenses and credit report.
