The rooms are unfurnished so you can choose to bring your own mattress. Walk in closets for each bedroom. Bathroom will be shared with other roommates but as of right now, there are no other renters. Utilities are included in the bill and you have access to AT&T Fiber Internet in case you need high speeds. Backyard is absolutely lovely and there’s a deck to chill out on. Perfect for if you like to grill and are in the summer mood. There is garden below the deck and your free to plant your own veggies if you want.

Single renters only. No overnight guests. No pets.

In unit washer and dryer. Kitchen is free for everyone to use but you MUST clean up after yourself. Must respect everyone’s privacy and keep the noise at a tolerable level.

Location is great- your five miles out from the Forum, six miles out from Perimeter Mall and I-285 and four miles out from Asian grocery markets/restaurants. Plenty of parks nearby as well as nature trails which make for a pleasant weekend excursion or fitness routine.
