Hi! We are renting our spare room and are looking to fill the space ASAP. Our lovely home comes with a killer pool, gym equipment, and in unit washer/dryer. Rosemont is a nice neighborhood and is 10-15 mins from downtown. We have a bed and TV currently in there; it is free to use if you need either. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask!
About the roomies
My husband and I own our home and currently rent to another tenant, who is female. We are an easygoing friendly bunch who value direct communication and respect each other’s space. There are also two dogs and an outdoor cat that are very sweet.
