I have a spacious room for rent in my 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom single-family home located in the heart of Colorado Springs. The room has carpeted floors, a large closet, and a private bathroom. You will also have access to the shared living room, kitchen, laundry room, and backyard.

The home is newly built and has central air conditioning, forced air heating, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a fireplace. The backyard is fenced and landscaped, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, close to downtown, parks, trails, and schools.

The rent is $1000per month, plus utilities. A three month minimum lease is required, with a security deposit of $1000. No smoking allowed. Pets possible, currently one dog lives in the house.

I am looking for a roommate who is respectful, clean, and responsible and doesn’t mind having a dog around the house. I am in the military and enjoy reading, hiking, and cooking. I am easy-going and friendly, but I also value privacy and personal space.
