The community is gated with code access. The area and neighborhood are taken care of very well by the HOA, each season or so they change the flowers and shrubbery at the entrance of the neighborhood and throughout the neighborhood. The neighborhood is well-lit at night and they add holiday lights every holiday season. Wildlife, trails, and woodlands surround you. Downtown Avalon is minutes away and has tons of shops, restaurants, parks, events, and more. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Neighborhood park offers sitting areas, playgrounds, grills, tennis courts, basketball courts, lake view, trails, and more. There are multiple community pools surrounding it as well.
