Great quiet apartment with gorgeous views of the sound. Close to California and Faunterloy intersection. In unit washer/dryer, updated appliances, tons of storage space. Massive walk-in closet. Free garage parking and a storage unit in the garage (we share the storage unit but right now I have nothing in there). 20 condos in the building, and only 2 can be rented at a time. Most other tenants are probably 50+ which I like because the place is super quiet. A little over a mile away from Alaska Junction. Wallpaper in the bedroom is able to be taken down if you’d like. Furniture is not included, but is negotiable for purchase from my current roommate if you want it. A background check would need to be done by the owners to approve the lease, which we would sign together. No pets allowed (sadly) by the owners.
Just me! I’m a 24yr old aerospace engineer that spends most of his time climbing when not at work. When I’m home I’m usually reading or playing some casual video games. I’m pretty quiet and very easy-going. I only ever really use the kitchen to cook dinners a few times a week, and even then it’s only usually using my air fryer. Besides that, I’m down to hang out and have drink or watch stuff, go climbing or other things!
