Our 3 bedroom/ 2 bath townhouse in a gated community with swimming pool & hot tub 3 blocks from the beach. *Please note The listed rent is per person. Two Bedrooms are on upper story; one bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, the other bedroom shares a bathroom with 1 person & is located on second story (8 steps down). Each bedroom is furnished with queen bed & new pillow, large TV mounted on wall, desk & chair, dresser, end tables & ceiling chandelier with recessed fan. Linens are stocked in closets (located on each floor). or & is Furnished with queen bed, The upstairs bedroom with shared bathroom has 10 feet of mirror closets. TV & Linens & towels. In the kitchen you’ll find everything needed for cooking & baking & new appliances including very large side by side refrigerator, microwave & dishwasher . Attached 2-car garage has very large washing machine & dryer.
