About the room
I live in a 2BR2BA apartment right in NoDa! Super walkable area with bars, restaurants, and shopping. The grocery store is about a 10 min walk as well. I am renting out the second bedroom which has its own bathroom. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished (washer, dryer, TV, WiFi) so you only need to worry about furnishing your bedroom! The lease is up in July but I am planning on renewing for another year.
About the roomies
A little about me - I am a cosmetic tattooer and work retail part time. I really enjoy going out to restaurants and bars, and for daily walks. So if you want a buddy to explore the area that’s me! If you’re more independent I have no problem respecting your space. I’m a pretty chill gal who’s easy to get along with and just looking for the same in a roomie! I enjoy a clean space and ask that you do the same. I do have two cats and would prefer no other cats be brought in, but I am open to discussion. Dogs are okay as long as they’re good with cats 😊
