About the room
All rooms are fully furnished and come with a mini fridge/freezer for added convenience. You’ll also have full access to all common areas of the home. Rent includes all utilities — no extra fees.
If you have children or need more than one room, we’re happy to work with you to find the best setup for your needs.
Please note: The photos shared are of just one of the bedrooms and the bathroom.
We’d be happy to schedule a tour if you’d like to see the space in person before moving in.
About the roomies
The house is conveniently located near the interstate, making commuting easy. We’re just an 8–10 minute drive from local grocery stores like Publix, Walmart, Harris Teeter, and Target. There are also plenty of restaurants and dining options in the area. We’re close to the lake for outdoor enjoyment, and the neighborhood itself is quiet and safe.
We are typically not home so you pretty much have the house to yourself
