Crossing Place

I have a four bedroom place I am renting and would like to share it with one other tennant. We will be the only two in the apartment so you may use one of the bedrooms as an office, workout space, etc. All rooms come with a private bath but I am only looking for one other roomate. I have white cat about 6 years old, he’s super friendly. Another cat would be welcome but no dogs. Also, no smoking in the house. Drinking is fine.

I work at night and keep late hours so please bear that in mind although the walls are pretty thick.

It is currently unoccupied, move in is april 1st. You will need to fill out an background with the building and there is a fee invovled, 40 or 60 dollars.

There is a king sized bed in one of the rooms, that can be removed or you can use it, whatever your preference.

I am a bartender in Austin, I have lived here for 3 years. I am relatively social but I do not have people over very often. I do have a girlfriend and spend a lot of time over there. I have one cat who is super friendly and adorable, if you like cats, you will love him. I cook pretty often at the house and stay up fairly late because of the night hours but I listen to tv and stuff on headphones. My room is usually in various states of cleanliness but I keep shared areas very clean. I enjoy podcasts and stand up comedy.
