Beautiful desert style home in Venice. Right off abbot kinney with an amazing garden in the back with our own lemon tree 🍋. Super close to Erewhon and Trader Joe’s, 5 min walk to the main strip of Abbot Kinney. Honestly an amazing property I love living here the sense of community is awesome. Just looking to fill the master bedroom, which has its own huge walk in closet, en-suite bathroom with rain shower and tub, and additional office space that leads to the back porch off the room.
Myself (Ari) and Diego. I’m 25 and Diego is 32 we’re both very chill and get along really well. We love having friends over for dinners and parties/bonfires in the back yard. Super easy going and also very respectable of each others privacy. This is a special gem in Venice and if you think you’re a good fit definitely hit me up.
