Condo is a 3-bedroom with screened-in patio. Minimally decorated, washer/dryer in unit, full kitchen, choice between two vacant rooms. Additional outdoor storage room available. High speed internet, power, and water included. I have a No Shoe policy, entrance has a place for shoes. The space is kept clean, I prefer someone who is also clean and quiet. No smoking.

The community is managed and kept up well, features a gym, tennis court, two pools, a hot tub, grills, community center, and private gate entrances. Located next to Publix, along with some restaurants and other convenient places.

I’m a 27 y/o female looking for someone to help share the rent and space until end of November 2023. I own a cat who can be a little nosy, but he’s very sweet and instantly warms up to people. I frequently clean the place and am fairly quiet (would hope you are too). I stay in the master suite which would be on the opposite end of the unit where your room is.
