Carl's room

I’ve recently moved into this spacious 3 bedroom apartment so the place is mostly unfurnished. I do have an air mattress you’ll be welcome to if you need until you get a bed. Obviously you’d be welcome to take your bed with you when and if you decided to move on. The room is listed as unfurnished, but we can talk about working together for furnishing if you need.

You’ll have a nice sized closet, easy parking, gym access, pool access, lake access, a balcony view, fire place, high ceilings and you’ll live safely within a gated community.

The Sandy Springs area we’ll live in is quiet and accessible being just about 15 to 20 minutes from Lenox Mall. In the area there are a few local bars, shopping and convenient stores not too far away.

You will need a car though, as this isn’t the most walk friendly area, things are pretty spread out for someone who gets around primarily by foot.

I’m a 29 year old Sales professional, Luxury Watch Boutique Manager and a marketing entrepreneur. I’m passionate about business and I love music.

I work full time and I’ll be picking up a second gig soon so I won’t be home that often, but when I am, I’m pretty chill. I’m usually working on projects for my business or for work, at the gym, or at work.
