Ibis Walk Place North

The apartment is right off Gandy Bridge and 4th street. Theres a Publix, Dollar Store, Gas station and everything else in the plaza directly behind the apartment in walking distance. Quick access to the highways in any direction, and close enough to everything in St Pete, Tampa and Clearwater without being in the heart of the cities with all the traffic.

My name is Michael and im a Union plumber that likes to keep to myself and be comfortable. I work M-F 7-3 and when im home i usually hide in my cave until i must emerge and return to work or cook food. I am very respectful and a generally relaxed person. When im not working ill most likely be in my room listening to music or sim racing so i mostly exist in my own world and you could even forget im there.

All i ask of a roommate is they keep our shared spaces clean, pay your bills promptly and were respectful of eachother. I dont mind whatever you like to do, or want to do, as long as it doesnt invade my privacy or make a mess in our shared space :)
