This is a duel family house and I live in the upstairs unit which is a spacious 2 bedroom. It’s dog friendly (no cats sorry) with a fully fenced medium sized backyard that connects to the back deck. There is a front deck as well that’s great for hanging out in, private bedroom, shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, dinning room area, in unit washer and dryer along with a garage. It’s in quiet neighborhood in the west side of the springs between Downtown and Old Colorado City. Also short walking distance for good dog walks at memorial park.

I work hybrid so I can be around but respect space.I have a dog named Nahla, she is ten so can be a little judgy but is very sweet just not interested in other dogs.
