About the room
Room for rent, upstairs. House is located by Whitewood Rd and Los Alamos Rd, 3 minutes away from the In N Out. Asking 1000 a month flexible with rent payments. utilities included. Ideal person would be someone respectful, no drugs, mindful of others in the house. If you pay on time every month I like to cut the rent in half in the month of December for the holidays. Just my way of saying thank you for being responsible and most importantly for my roommate to have extra money for there family and love ones.
Room options comes with king size bed, dresser with mirror. Have a queen size bed as well.
Shared bathroom with one person. You will have your own sink.

Kitchen, at times there will be free food you can eat from hell’s kitchen from Harrah’s or from special events, for you to use and enjoy.

About the roomies
Roomies are mostly gone 80% of the time. When home they keep to them self. There are kids at times ages 7-10 Everyone helps each other when it comes to commen living space. House is kept clean, quiet and problem free
