Hi , I’m looking to rent out my guest room, I am willing to share the common areas as well, I have a fully stocked kitchen and a really nice washer and dryer, no carpet in house, rent I have a small fenced in yard and a gas grill and a really cute porch, I have 3 small hypoallergenic dogs, I’m looking for someone who keeps their room clean as well as common areas , the parking lot is shared by residents , after my recent tenants, I just wanted to clarify, if you have a child, NO and if you have a homeless boyfriend or girlfriend, NO , I’m typically very quiet and don’t go out very often lately, I’m just looking for someone who has common sense and is a respectful person! If someone is looking to partner up, that’s awesome, I’d be willing to discount my rent for helping outside and inside, I have a small yard , but for me it’s a struggle because of my health I have my house on the market, so I’m looking for someone 60-90 days, I will really work on rent for the right person, in exchange for helping

I’m a single person, right now I’m struggling with health issues, I used to get out a lot , but now not as much, I’m an occasional drinker and I’d rather room with someone who doesn’t drink daily !!! My dream person is someone who is actually going to do what they say , honest and down to earth, may be interested in cooking some together! It’s a drama free zone too !
