Heyhey y’all, I’m planning on moving out of my current place in June, looking for someone to replace my room!
3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, two levels (bedrooms/2 full bathrooms on 2nd level), month-to-month lease. No security deposit, but application fees.
I have the master bedroom, with attached bathroom (bathtub), and large closet w/ shelf. Sqft is around 150 sqft (300 sqft w/ bathroom and closet).
Water and Trash are included. Internet, power/gas for utilities. $50-$60 total for your share per month.
Apartment comes with:

- Small balcony by kitchen
- Covered parking space, gated, w/ lots of storage
Apartment is located in a very walkable and safe neighborhood, 15-20 minute walk to downtown Glendale, as well as the Americana and Galleria.
Willing to sell Queen Bed and Flat Screen TV (has several lines through it, but otherwise fine).
About the roomies
Roommates are super nice! Respectful of personal space, friendly, and very open. Each are working, one in animation, the other part-time.
Each one has their own cat, and several cat toys/towers in the living room, but out of the way.
