Your room has its own private bathroom. It is spacious. The house has a very nice patio, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and an attached garage with space for two cars. There is a pool in the complex with two hot tubs. The place is close to The Camp and many places for grocery shopping (stater bros, target, sprouts). It also has access to the 73 and 405; the windows are double panned, so you would never notice the noise, if that is a concern.

I am an engineer working in medical devices. I am a very reliable roommate. I have become a good friend to all the roommates I have had throughout my life. I like to keep the space clean and I am always punctual with all payments. I enjoy dancing and the outdoors. I also like video and board games.
