Kristal's room

Quiet, nicely finished private basement, large bedroom with queen bed, dresser and shelves, and private 3/4 bathroom with double sinks (pictured), includes large closet, family room with tv stand, side table, bookshelves and love seat. Utilities are included. The kitchenette (in shared laundry room) includes sink, coffee bar and mini-fridge. There is a full sized second fridge/freezer upstairs that is all yours, except for the ice and water in the door! Off street parking in alley in a quiet neighborhood very close to 694 and between Central and University. Full kitchen (pictured), which I keep pretty clean, is available to you just at the top of the stairs. The side house door opens to the basement door so it’s almost a private entrance. Will wait for good match.

I am 40 and work from home. I’m pretty quiet, non-smoking, I do a lot of outdoor activities and love breweries etc. I have a 10 year old dog, she’s nervous of new people but warms up pretty fast to calm folks. She chases cats but gets along with other dogs ok. I also foster dogs sometimes. Other than my boyfriend, I don’t have a lot of people over usually, maybe a family party here or there but not big events. My respectful, quiet boyfriend is over most of the time.
