My home is centrally located in the city of Fort Lauderdale. 35 minutes fromSouth Beach Miami but close as 6 miles to Fort Lauderdale Beach and Las Olas. Close to major highway i95 and 441, Also close to Fort Lauderdale Hollywood international Airport. My house is fully updated with a brand new roof, hurricane impact windows and doors (which make it very quiet) , updated kitchen and bathrooms, and a separate laundry room. There is full access to the backyard and laundry room.

This unit is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom in the rear of the house. It has its own private entrance with its own entire kitchen, fridge, stove and sink. Plenty of parking.
