ABOUT THE PLACE: I am renting a furnished, spacious, sunny bedroom with mountain views and a large private bathroom with shower/tub. You also have your own space in the garage. We will share the common areas, which include the kitchen, living room, dining room, and back yard.

HOUSE DETAILS: • 2100 square foot, two-story home located in a quiet neighborhood in Erie. • All utilities included. • Very tidy, clean, and beautifully decorated! • Miles of walking/running trails nearby. • Thirty minutes to Boulder, Denver, & DIA. • Comes with one adorable Siberian, hypoallergenic cat named Kahleesi! • Back yard has a large patio, outdoor kitchen, seating areas, gas fire pit, and garden. • Considerable storage space available in the basement. • Home gym in the basement (including weights, elliptical, rowing machine). • Access to neighborhood gym and pool (in the summer months).

LEASE DETAILS: • Available Aug. 1st • $1300/ month (all utilities included). • Looking for 6-9 month term, but will do month to month. • $600 security deposit payable upon lease signing. • First month’s rent payable prior to move-in day. • A background and credit check ($35) are required before signing lease. • No additional pets. No couples. Single, professional women only.
