ABOUT THE PLACE: I am renting a furnished, spacious, sunny bedroom with mountain views and a large private bathroom with shower/tub. In addition, you will have the furnished upper loft area outside your bedroom, which is a work-living room area. You also have your own space in the garage. We will share the common areas, which include the kitchen, living room, dining room, and back yard.

HOUSE DETAILS: • 2100 square foot, two-story home located in a quiet neighborhood in Erie. • All utilities included. • Very tidy, clean, and beautifully decorated! • Miles of walking/running trails nearby. • Thirty minutes to Boulder, Denver, & DIA. • Comes with one adorable Siberian, hypoallergenic cat named Kahleesi! • Back yard has a large patio, outdoor kitchen, seating areas, gas fire pit, and garden. • Considerable storage space available in the basement. • Home gym in the basement (including weights, elliptical, rowing machine). • Access to neighborhood gym and pool (in the summer months).

LEASE DETAILS: • Available May 15th • $1500 a month rent (all utilities included). • $500 security deposit payable upon lease signing. • First month’s rent payable prior to move-in day. • A background and credit check ($40) are required before signing lease. • No additional pets. No couples. Single, professional women only.

ABOUT ME: Hi! My name is Jen. I’m a 50-year-old, active woman who works at CU, and I am looking to share my home with another like-minded professional woman. I love sports and being active (triathlon, hiking, biking, skiing and more), a great movie, an evening by the fire pit, and a nice glass of wine.
