1 bedroom (furnished) in our Victorian House available for rent - this is one of two bedrooms located on the 3rd floor of our 3 story house (you will share this 3rd floor space with 1 other winter renter); You will also share our large Kitchen and laundry located on the 1st and 2nd floors.
Rent includes all utilities, internet and and 1 off-street parking spot in our driveway. Sorry no pets allowed - there is a Bernese Mountain dog that is sometimes on the property. No smoking in house or on premises. No Drugs.
