This is a 3 bed, 2 bath house with one room available for rent. The room for rent has a joined bathroom. The common spaces are furnished, and the washer and dryer are included as well. We keep the common spaces as clean as possible, we’re respectful of each other’s spaces and privacy, and we also like the casual night in where we can watch movies and play games. Having company over is not a problem, we just ask for a heads up. Utilities, security system, and internet are included in the rent. There is available parking for up to 3 cars. It is about a 10 min. drive from campus and 15 min. from most grocery stores.
