San Anselmo Avenue

Hello! I have a room available for rent in my house in San Anselmo. About the Room: It is fairly large, and easily fits the queen sized bed. The hardwood floors were recently re-done, and the room gets lots of natural light. It is next to our yard, and has a very nice, private view of the yard and trees in a very quiet area. The room comes furnished with a new rug, lamps, bedside table, bed frame, and mattress. It has a built-in closet, but there is plenty of space for more storage. The room also has enough space for a desk or at-home work station if you work from home. The bathroom is shared with my roommate Kate, and it has a full shower/bath. About the House: We are a quick walk to both downtown San Anselmo, and Fairfax. The house has tons of yard space. The house is very quiet, and the room is fairly spacious. The house has plenty of space, with two living rooms, a dining area, and a spacious kitchen. We have a garage for storing bikes, skis, and outdoor gear. Street parking is always available, and driveway parking is available often.

Unfortunately we can’t accommodate any pets.

About us: My name is Will, I am 27 and work in the wine industry. I spend a lot of my time in Northern California for work, and I am typically only home 2 days a week. I enjoy skiing, rockclimbing, backpacking, cooking and working on my cars. My roommate Kate is 28, and works for Marin County. She is a park ranger and spends most of her time outside. She works Friday-Tusday, and is in bed early most nights.

We would really enjoy another roommate who is roughly our age. We both have full time jobs, but we are in our 20’s and we enjoy going into Fairfax for drinks or hosting a BBQ in the back yard. We’re very easygoing people and we are really looking forward to hearing from you!

Myself and Kate keep the house very clean and organized, but we also enjoy having people over and entertaining from time to time. If you’re looking for a low stress, very clean, organized home with laid-back roommates who are almost always gone… we’re your people!
