the bedroom shown is the smaller room that my daughter and I share. Please note that I have 2 dressers, a full size bed, a toddler bed, a small bookshelf, and a desk in the smaller room. This apartment has very large bedrooms; and I’m also child-friendly as I have a 3-year-old and lots of fun toys in the living room/sunroom that we’d love to share with another kid!*

The main areas are furnished and you’re welcome to use the shared space whenever you like; however as I have a kid I do ask that there be no over-night guests.

Utilities would be split (gas, electric, internet) and on average are $200 each and rent would be $750 each; So the total cost for you would be $950 a month.

I’m a 33-year-old single mom to a 3-year-old. She and I share a room and bathroom. She is at daycare while I work-from-home M-F (8-5p). She’s a very friendly little girl and would get along well if you have kids or pets.

My sister has been living with us but she is wanting to move out of Georgia, so I’m hoping to find a responsible and tidy roommate. I don’t mind if things get cluttered, but I do want to make sure we are both taking care of the common areas.

The Guinea pigs shown in the sunroom are my sister’s and would not be here, I do not have pets. We have lots of room for toys and I would be very happy to find another single-mom!

I’m pretty laid-back, and all I do is work and spend time with my daughter. I’m happy to share food if you’re here when I’m making dinner. I honestly want whoever moves in to feel 100% at home and comfortable watching tv, cooking, etc.

We will need to discuss shared chores (taking out the garbage, unloading the dishwasher, sweeping, etc) and agree on a schedule that works for both of us. I’ve seen ‘roommate agreements’ online that I think might be nice to go over so we both feel comfortable with the arrangement.

I really want to save some money and would like a roommate who is responsible and trustworthy.
