Room available now. Closet is tiny. Located 2 stop signs from Peacher’s Mill rd and 4 stop signs from Ft Campbell Blvd this house is less than 15 minutes from everywhere. 5 minutes to Walmart, Kroger, and Aldi, less than 10 to Publix and Austin Peay, 15 minutes from Ft Campbell, the theater on Tiny Town, and Wilma Rudolph. Public pool and park is about 300 feet away from the front door. Elevated deck (with seating for 6) for entertaining on nice days. Available room is pictured with some of the rest of the home. Washer and dryer, wifi, place to have a small fire with friends in the backyard. Inside of the home is aesthetically pleasing, with a living room that seats 6 comfortably, a breakfast nook/ Cafe table with a coffee bar that is lined with bookshelves if you enjoy reading. Semi smart home with many lights that are voice activated and color changing for crafting the perfect mood lighting for a night in. It is a 5 bedroom home, my wife and I share one room and have our belongings in another 2, with the other 2 rooms available for rent for a maximum of 4 people living in the home. This is a spare bedroom measuring 11ftx9.5ft. We will not be renting to any couples, people with children, or pets. My dog is a jerk, I’d rather not come home and see our pets have been fighting. We are asking that first and last month’s rent be paid up front to protect ourselves from someone skipping out on the last month. We’re also hoping for more long term tenants, while 6 months is fine we’d like to fall into a routine with good people and have some stability. Parking is available but no access to the garage.

My wife and I are renting the available rooms in our home and hoping to find people who mesh well so we can coexist in the same space peacefully and have stability. We’re hoping for someone who would like to stay at least a year, but we are not requiring a scheduled lease, tenants will be on a month to month basis. You pay first and last month’s rent up front, you pay for the month you’re about to stay not the one you just stayed. When the time comes if you’d like to find another place the last month has already been paid and will be a 600 dollars less that you have to make and spend as you prepare for the next home. It also protects my wife and I from anyone skipping out on the last month of rent.
