Females only, for one person only.
Unfurnished room about 12x13 with queen bed, there is no formal closet. But there is a storage. You will have your own full bathroom with separate toilet room. There is a washer and dryer. Parking is available in the driveway. Price includes: internet - 1 GB speeds , water, electric & gas (home is on septic). The nearest bus stop is about two miles from us. Large back yard but isn’t fenced.
-Roomie will need to sign a roommate agreement.
About the roomies
Single dad with two school aged daughters who will be over every other week. I work m-f my hours vary by season. The home is a very spacious 4 bed 3 bath home that sits on 1.5 acres in east Bradenton. It’s a split floor plan so your space is away from the other rooms but is off the main living area.
