East Blue Heron Lane

Room is unfurnished, but is ~182 square feet. Bathroom is right across from bedroom and bedroom has a closet. Apartment has a living room that I don’t use and its own washer and dryer. We’re on ground level and on the same block as an Albertsons. The complex doesn’t allow weed, has a quiet time rule, and does require a background check. Parking spots are a free for all on the street unless you rent out a parking spot for 40$ or a garage for more.

I’m a 22 year old gamer who works a morning job at Scentsy (6:45-3:15) I’m usually quiet and I typically stick to my room the entire day after I’m off work. I’m easy going and thick skinned.
